Cindy Kumpelis, a registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance/Living Waters Yoga, offers Christian-based yoga classes at St. Andrew.

2026: Spring Session beginning week of  April 9th - June 25th (10 week session) in the Parish Hall. $9 per session, $90 paid in full at first class or $10 per drop-in class. Please make checks payable to Cindy Kumpelis, Venmo @Cindy-Kumpelis  or Zelle. Join anytime. All levels welcome! Hope to see you there!

MONDAYS: April 13th to June 22nd (No class June 1st)
6:00 pm -  7:00 pm ~ Gentle Journey: Great for beginners or a slower class for experienced participants

THURSDAYS: April 9th to June 25th (No class May 28th or June 11th)
10:00 am - 11:00 am ~ Yoga Strength: intermediate with optional weights (following Mass) 

Classes combine yoga poses with a Christian spiritual component for meditation, prayer, relaxation, and exercise. Mind, body, spirit sessions.

• Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, yoga strap, a block(or 2) or towel (if you use one) and 2 or 3 lb. weights (Thursday class only).  
• Wear comfortable clothing that you can exercise in.
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can begin on time!

You will need to complete a consent form/liability form (available online) BEFORE you can start the class (one per year on January 1st of the year). Scroll down to print and fill out the form.
